IS STRESS OVERHEATING YOUR ORGANS?
All our organs are surrounded with a membrane called connective tissue or fascia. And one of jobs of fascia is to regulate the temperature of our internal organs. But what happens, when we are in physical or emotional stress? Fascia becomes glued to the organs, no more able to regulate the temperature. As a result, organs get overheated. If this lasts for longer period of time, organs can not function properly. Old taoists knew, that stress 'cooks' the brains. This overheat is additionaly causing negative emotions and even more stress as heat stays trapped in the organs. Eventually, this heat leads to stagnation and poor circulation of blood and energy. So, that's why it's so important to deal with stress on a daily basis.
