TALKING TOO MUCH?
O.K. this was a provocative question , because…. We are going to be talking about the TONGUE today! Yes, you heard me right. This is indeed a very important muscle. Yeah, yeah, I hear you, I know, that I said that already for cranial muscles, but I just want to give our tongue the proper attention.
So, why is it special/important? Because tongue is connected to our heart, meaning, that when you are exercising your tongue, you are taking care of your heart. And it gets even better (oh, I just love this at face yoga, there is always this 'and it gets even better' quote). Exercising your tounge also make your brain younger – and who doesn't want that.
So, next time, someone tells you, you are talking too much, just answer that you are taking care of your heart and your brain, OK?
